Making Swans

Today we read the story about the 'Ugly Duckling' with Mrs McLeod. We were discussing what makes us special and how we treat one another.
We also looked at two apples- one red and one green. even though they looked different they are the same on the inside. Even though we look different we are the same in many ways and we all have the same needs: the need to be respected and loved, the need to be listened too, the need for food, water, air, shelter and safety.
