Basic Icecream
Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
1 1/3 cups of Full Milk -Blue top
1 cup cream
100 grams of castor sugar
Vanilla
Beat the egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add milk stirring constantly. Whip the cream until it's almost stiff. Combine the whipped cream with the other ingredients. make sure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Put in a container in the freezer.
I would possibly take it out of freezer after an hour and beat it for a few minutes, and then put it back in again.
